I picked three chocolate scotch bonnets today. We had them on crisp bread for lunch. Fantastic taste and a good heat.

I really think that scotch bonnets and habaneros have great taste. Hot, but not too hot. I had almost forgotten how good they are. I think they are so much better than the "newer" super hot varieties.

  1. I agree, just ate a burkina - so very tasty and hot enough! Most superhots are too hot and often not that tasty.
